BOUQUET:
The fragrances of the olfactory bouquet open with hints of white-fleshed fruits and notes of grapefruit and lime, where then jasmine and bread crust close the gentile profile of this exciting Alto Adige sparkling wine.

TASTING NOTES:

In the mouth it is soft, creamy and with a lively bubble, making the sip a magnetic pleasantness that turns out to be consistent with the aromas drawn from the nose by picking up citrus aromas and great balance.

SERVING TEMPERATURE:
between 8 and 10°C

FOOD PAIRINGS:

Spumante "Athesis" brings with it that freshness that only the Dolomites can give, an excellent companion during the aperitif, but it can also enhance light risottos or fish dishes of medium intensity. A Metodo classico to be enjoyed until the last bubble.

Kettmeir Winery's Brut Metodo classico sparkling wine "Athesis" is a wonderful example of how splendid sparkling wine interpretations can be found in the shadow of the South Tyrolean Dolomites: Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir bind together to form a wine endowed with vibrant elegance and deep softness. The vineyards, cultivated using the pergola and espalier systems, lie at an altitude of no more than 700 meters above sea level and on limestone-clay soils where, in summer, the sun caresses the fruit, helping it to reach perfect ripeness.
