CHARACTERISTICS:

Poli Marconi 46 is an Italian gin made from a unique infusion inspired by the Asiago plateau, north of Veneto, where the Poli family originated.

We use juniper, mountain pine, stone pine and mint to give a fresh, balsamic olfactory note; then we use cardamom and coriander to achieve a long aromatic persistence. To harmoniously hold together the fresh olfactory notes and the long, deep taste notes, we use Muscat grapes, which reminds us of our nature as Grappaioli.

This infusion of seven botanicals in very pure wine-derived alcohol is then redistilled using Crysopea, the Poli family's vacuum bain-marie still: a unique distillation method that allows for intense aromas, clean taste and long aromatic persistence.

Nose: Marconi 46 is a gin of great olfactory intensity that is suitable for serving neat or in classic cocktails. Its aroma is reminiscent of a wicker basket filled with alpine herbs and juniper berries.

Palate: Marconi 46, an Italian gin from Poli Distillerie, is as fresh and balsamic as a walk in the woods.
