Among the most appreciated expressions of the dry type, that is, of those sparkling wines with residual sugar between 17 and 32 grams per liter, it has been able to carve out a leading role in the world of Prosecco thanks to the qualitative constancy achieved over the years.
Il Millesimato Dry of Col Vetoraz, comes from the best grapes of the winery, that is, those most favorably exposed. All the vigna are located at an altitude of about 400 meters. Re-fermentation takes place using the charmat method, that is, in large sealed containers, which allows the wine to preserve its freshest and fruitiest aromatic component. The residual sugar contributes to bringing softness and charm, and in-weaving with freshness and flavor, it gives life to a chiseled, crisp and precise sparkling wine.
