RINALDO'S Riserva comes from the passion that the founder of our house had for "Balsamic." The must from grapes selected by us is cooked using an ancient technique, it is matured in the Acetaia's barn, in very small barrels made of different woods, so that the passing of the countless hot Emilian summers and the succession of cold and foggy winters, favors the concentration of its structure and aromas, giving us a balanced and elegant product. Thanks to its density, it pairs perfectly with: meat, sushi, aged cheeses, fruit, creamy desserts.

PRODUCTION AREA: Sant'Ilario d'Enza (Reggio Emilia)
RAW MATERIAL: Must from local grapes.
COLOR: deep brown with amber highlights.
PERFUME: Cooked fruit, plum, dried figs and tamarind with delicate volatile acidity.
TASTING NOTES: Sweet, full-bodied and round on entry palate with slight perception of acidity on the finish.
FOOD PAIRINGS: Meat, sushi, aged cheeses, fruit, creamy desserts.
