12-day maceration with fermentation at a controlled temperature of 25/30°C. Aging for 15 months in 65 hectolitre Slavonian oak barrels. From the Rafaèl vineyard of the same name, the first historic vineyard of the Tommasi family, grown in Pergola Veronese in the Valpolicella Classica. Tommasi has adopted an integrated production system that guarantees the eco-sustainable management of agricultural activities. Many Veronese will tell you that Valpolicella Classico is the wine that tells the story of the region and we can only agree. Valpolicella wines require all the winemaker's skills in finding the perfect blend of the native grapes of the Veronese hills. The "fathers" established from the outset that the Rafaèl vineyard on Monte Masuà was dedicated to Valpolicella Superiore, having all the perfect characteristics to produce the best blend of Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara, in percentages that vary each year. Fifteen months of aging complete a savory and intense wine, without losing its freshness and elegance. We don't add any other descriptors that might distract you from your discovery.
