BOUQUET: The bouquet is intense and persistent. Clear sensations of fruit are recognizable on the nose.

TASTING NOTES: The acid shoulder and marked minerality, typical of the grape variety grown in Tufo, are immediately perceived on the palate. Soft balsamic notes follow.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: Between 10 and 12°C

FOOD PAIRINGS: If the intention is to enjoy it to the full, pair it with buffalo mozzarella, with tomatoes still warm from the garden, some good oil and a few basil leaves. Summer in your mouth.

Feudi di San Gregorio's Greco di Tufo comes from an ancient and beautiful REGION, Irpinia, where vigna, woods, olive trees, fruit trees and herbs coexist in harmony. The Greco vineyards of the Capaldo family are located in the municipality of Tufo, a town named after the volcanic rock of the same name and where in 1866 the existence of sulfur mines was discovered, the processing of which characterized the economy until after World War II. The grapes are harvested strictly by hand and vinified in steel, where the wine then rests about 4 months on its own yeasts before bottling.
