The Fiano of Feudi di San Gregorio was obtained 100% from Fiano grapes harvested by hand in the company vineyards located in the Sorbo Serpico area (AV) in the heart of Irpinia. An agile and versatile white son of a fermentation in steel tanks which took place at a temperature between 16°C and 18°C and an aging - always carried out in steel tanks - for 4 months on its lees. This last choice has allowed the wine to be enriched in structure as well as in the aromatic profile. Fiano di Avellino is one of the symbolic labels of the Feudi di San Gregorio winery recognized worldwide among the most successful interpreters not only of the Irpinia area but also of southern wine.
