ADDITIONAL NOTES:
Frizzante version of Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Col De Mez. The grapes are harvested at medium ripeness to preserve the acid component, which is essential for making a quality Frizzante Prosecco. After harvest, the grapes are gently pressed, following a slow fermentation in steel tanks with selected yeasts to enhance the aromatic qualities of the glera variety. This is followed by the sparkling process in autoclaves, and then bottling. The last step, the spago legatura of the cork, is done by hand, respecting ancient local traditions.
