Fira Rosso is a wine that lends itself to a variety of pairings, from a first course of fresh pasta with meat sauce to an eggplant parmigiana. Thanks to its savory and juicy sip, it can successfully accompany grilled meat, but also more elaborate dishes, such as a rabbit in a pan or a veal roast.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
The slightly overripe harvested grapes are carefully selected in the vineyard and placed to rest in large fruit lofts for about 25 days, during which a series of transformations take place that allow the grapes to reach the ideal degree of drying. Following fermentation of the must, the wine matures in large barrels for six months smoothing out the tannins and giving greater complexity to the natural spiciness of the grapes. Following bottling, the wine ages in bottle for three months.
