Grappa di San Leonardo is produced in very small quantities from the pomace from the estate's vineyards and distilled in small direct steam stills.

Grappa Stravecchia is aged for a full 5 years in the barriques previously used for the aging of thefamous San Leonardo, which give it depth and great elegance.

Distillation

Following a gentle pressing, the pomace is immediately processed using a steam still.

Tasting Notes.

The characteristic amber-gold color distinguishes this Grappa. Full-bodied, aromatic, as fine as it is elegant; it is an important distillate with incomparable organoleptic properties.
