between 5 and 6 °C

A dessert wine whose sweet and aromatic soul makes it a perfect match for fresh and dry pastries. For more unusual pairings, try it with appetizers based on semi-seasoned cheeses.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
Obtained by the method of pressure fermentation in large vessels (Charmat Method), at low temperature and in the presence of selected yeasts, in order to allow more accurate frothing. Fermentation is interrupted by cooling to maintain an adequate residual sugar content of about 10%.
