Il terreno su cui viene coltivato il Riesling Grand Cru Kirchberg di Henry Fuchs è situato in cima agli appezzamenti del Grand Cru Kirchberg ed è costituito da marna gessosa posta su un altopiano ed esposta a Sud. La vendemmia avviene manualmente a fine ottobre. Il processo di vinificazione prevede una fermentazione di 5 mesi cui segue l’affinamento sulle fecce fini per ulteriori 4 mesi in tini di legno.

Questo vino ha eccellenti capacità di affinamento in bottiglia, fino a 20 anni.
