La Grappa di Sassicaia Poli si ottiene dalle vinacce di uve Cabernet Sauvignon e Cabernet Franc precedentemente selezionate per il vino Sassicaia, distillate secondo processi artigianali a piccoli lotti, utilizzando l'alambicco in rame con caldaie a vapore a ciclo discontinuo.

METODO PRODUTTIVO:

distillazione artigianale, con alambicco in rame con caldaiette a vapore; pazientemente custodita cantine sotterranee delle Poli Distillerie.

La Grappa affina in botti di rovere da 225 litri utilizzate per affinare il Sassicaia, da cui eredita quell'aroma aristocratico che la rende unica.
