CHARACTERISTICS:
Fresh, light and elegant with a streak of sweetness reminiscent of the delicate scent of acacia flowers and golden apple.

TASTING:
Serve at about 12°C (54°F) or in an ice-cold open tulip corolla glass. Before tasting, the grappa should rest a few minutes in the glass: as it oxygenates, the aromas are enhanced and the nose-palate harmony is completed.

WHEN AND HOW TO TASTE IT:
Drunk, sipped, sipped at the end of a meal or at any time of day, it is a source of true pleasure! Moscato, Prosecco and Sauvignon blanc are perfect paired with fish and sushi, Moscato and Prosecco also excellent with all cream-based desserts, in ice cream or when added in the dose of a spoonful in fruit salad.
