Cuvee Sergio 1887
Delicate straw yellow color, characteristic aroma that mixes with that of honey and wild apples. On the palate it is dry and pleasantly bitter. Slender thanks to the right degree of acidity, it has a moderate body and a subtle and intense perlage.
A sinuous aesthetic with an enveloping personality and obliquity as a distinctive sign blend with the excellent quality of Mionetto's winemaking experience. An exclusive unicum with an unmistakable Italian style. Innovative and refined, also in the choice of materials and in the elegant and sinuous shape of the bottle, the Luxury Collection enhances the refined personality of the most prestigious bubbles.
