Sparkling wine obtained by white vinification with soft pressing of the grapes, followed by sparkling using the charmat method.

SERVING TEMPERATURE:
6° - 8°C

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:
Dry, structured sparkling wine, distinguished by its bright straw yellow color and intense, fine bubbles; the aroma is fruity of golden apples, while the taste recalls hints of licorice, honey and acacia.

FOOD PAIRINGS:
Very easy to pair, especially with vegetables, minestrone, mushrooms, seafood and grilled fish.

GLASSING:
Flûte.
