A sparkling wine with a straw-yellow color and fine, persistent perlage. The bouquet is rich in floral scents, enhanced by elegant fruity notes, while on the palate it is fresh, dry and balanced, with a mineral note on the finish that gives length and depth to the sip.

It is best as a refined aperitif and in combination with fish dishes and seafood crudités.
