It is produced through *bain-marie* distillation in discontinuous stills, using both red and white grape pomace. It is aged in small barrels made of cherry, ash, oak, and black locust wood, each imparting its own unique characteristics of scent, aroma, color, and flavor. The aging process follows the rhythms of nature, spanning eighteen months—from moon to moon.
