DESCRIPTION:In Saint-Marcel, a huge, centuries-old chestnut tree near the Sanctuary of Plout marks the beginning of the magical Verruc trail that leads to the ACQUEVERDI, "eiva verta" in the patois of Saint-Marcel.

Here there is a fairy-tale, muffled atmosphere of tranquility and silence accompanied by the gurgling of the acqueverdi, of an extraordinary bright greenish-blue color, a stream on whose banks grow the essences that make this Alpine Gin unique.

CHARACTERISTICS:Juniper predominates with the aromatic intensities of other botanicals characteristic of the Alpine region. TASTING NOTES: Dry and full; well balanced and pleasant with resinous and floral nuances characteristic of the herbs used.

TASTING:Clear and bright to the eye, it is characterized on the nose by distinct notes of mountain herbs. On the palate it is ample and generous, with a balsamic effect in taste development. To be drunk neat, it is a prized base for numerous cocktails.
