From an ancient native Piedmontese grape variety comes La Spinetta timorasso. A wine of extraordinary structure and surprising longevity. Delicate hydrocarbon notes play in concert with citrus and floral hints, which return on tasting.

Destemming and soft pressing; followed by alcoholic fermentation in small temperature-controlled steel tanks. The wine is left to rest on its noble lees for about 8 months, then filtered and bottled, where it is aged for an additional 3 months.
