The Bricco Quaglia vineyard is cultivated on soils with a calcareous-sandy composition and enjoys a superb southern exposure. Following the harvest, the grapes undergo gentle pressing, and the free-run juice is fermented in stainless steel tanks. The sparkling wine production takes place in pressurized tanks using the Martinotti method; the process is halted when the wine reaches an alcohol content of 4.5% ABV, thereby retaining a slight amount of residual sugar.
