Grapes are hand-picked from each individual vineyard plot. The berries are gently pressed and allowed to decant for a short time for natural clarification of the must. Fermentation takes place in both stainless steel tanks and French oak barriques. A period of aging on sui yeasts follows, after which the wine is blended and bottled.

Fresh, elegant and harmonious on the palate, with a citrus and mineral finish, typical of the granitic soils of the Casablanca Valley.

Chardonnay Haras de Pirque represents one of the best expressions of the variety in the Casablanca Valley. The vineyards, located on gentle slopes facing northeast and surrounded by olive groves and green hillsides, benefit from cool breezes from the Pacific Ocean. These ideal climatic conditions ensure slow and regular ripening of the grapes, enhancing the wine's aromatic finesse and elegant structure.
