Franciacorta Nature blanc de blancs 61 Berlucchi is a millesimato of great elegance and finesse, the result of a selection of grapes from different parcels of the estate and a long aging on the yeasts for more than 5 years. It is a Metodo classico that expresses the best qualities of Chardonnay in purity, enhanced by the choice of zero dosage and the evolutionary notes typical of the noble borgogna grape. It gives delicate perfumes, complex, rich aromas, ranging from ripe yellow fruit to citrus notes and pastry softness, always well balanced by a lively mineral freshness.
Nature Blanc de Blancs 61 is a Franciacorta that was born in one of the wineries that contributed the most to the history of Franciacorta and still continues to be one of the most prestigious brands of the appellation. Berlucchi immediately established itself for the quality of its labels, which are always ranked among the best expressions of the terroir. On the soft reliefs of the moraine hills south of Lake Iseo, Pinot Noir and especially Chardonnay express themselves at very interesting levels for making sparkling wine bases. The possibility of being able to count on a vast park of vineyards in different areas of the territory and an extraordinary experience in the art of refermentation in the bottle, allow Berlucchi to propose a label of absolute excellence.
The Blanc de Blancs 61 from the famous Berlucchi winery is a Franciacorta Nature that expresses the excellence of a great Chardonnay in purity, particularly appreciated by those who love the Metodo classico in its most refined and linear version. At the end of the harvest, the best grapes from different plots are fermented in steel. Before final blending, the base wines rest on sui lieviti in barrique for about 6 months. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle according to the Metodo classico, with a period sur lattes of at least 60 months. The color is light straw yellow with brilliant golden hues. The nose opens on notes of white flowers, citrus, ripe yellow fruit, hints of pastry and honey. The palate is rich and broad, with a particularly harmonious and long sip, closing on a lingering finish of remarkable freshness and savoriness. A must-have franciacorta for all fans.
