With the fantastic ingredients offered by the Tramin area and the foresight, genius and entrepreneurial ability of Elena Walch, a woman among the key figures in the growth of South Tyrolean wine, a great wine like this could not but be born, 100% from Sauvignon grapes bred on calcareous and sandy soils. The harvest is exclusively manual and allows, in itself, a careful selection of the best bunches, while each stage of processing takes place in steel, in order to never lose the varietal 'green' vein typical of the reference vine. A deep and classy wine, with an aristocratic Walch touch!
Bright straw yellow color, with brilliant greenish reflections, the nose reveals those typical Sauvignon aromas which range, with elegance and refinement, from exotic fruit to lime, from citrus fruits to sage, with an incessant echo of aromatic herbs. Tense, fresh, typically mineral mouth, it offers a young and snappy profile that confirms all olfactory perceptions.
Delicious for an aperitif, it is a wine that goes very well with seafood, from white fish soup to sushi.
