ADDITIONAL NOTES:
Dom Pérignon Vintage 2015 is the result of a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, the proportions of which remain reserved. These GRAPES come from the best crus in Champagne, particularly the Côte des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims. The year 2015 was characterized by contrasting weather, with a cool and wet start to the season followed by an exceptionally hot and dry summer. Despite the difficult climatic conditions, including episodes of heatwave, the grapes reached optimal ripeness, offering an aromatic richness unique to this VINTAGE.
Vinification of this cuvée follows traditional methods, where every detail counts to ensure champagne excellence. The vintage 2015 has benefited from long cellar aging, allowing the aromas to develop and achieve remarkable complexity. The champagne is dosed as brut, thus preserving the perfect balance between freshness and aromatic depth.
