It is produced exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 32°C for approximately 3 weeks. The wine is then aged in barriques for 12 months before being bottled. Cloudy Bay wines represent the true essence of the Marlborough terroir.
