Amaro d'Erbe comes from a historic recipe linked to the origins of the distillery in Nizza Monferrato, 28 San Nicolao Street. An authentic bitter, obtained byinfusing herbs in a mixture of hydrated alcohol and Casalotto brandy, and then aged for two years in wooden barrels. Each sip encapsulates the memory and tradition of yesteryear, offering a rich, deep and lingering taste.
