Nose: balsamic and aromatic senotri typical of the Mediterranean scrub. Clear notes of bitter oranges, mint, cocoa, licorice and roasted coffee.

Taste: balanced, mostly bitter, smooth and round, with sweet but not cloying notes.

PAIRINGS:
Can be enjoyed cold, on the rocks or at room temperature. Perfect after a meal or as a digestive, it accompanies the relaxing moments of the day. Ideal for the preparation of cocktails.

CHARACTERISTICS:
The aromaticity of citrus fruits, extracted from the essential oils of the peels, blends with the fresh notes of medicinal plants; herbs and spices complete the bouquet with delicate notes. All botanicals are processed according to the ancient procedures of infusion and cold maceration in alcohol, so that the aromas and scents are preserved intact. Each essence is processed and refined individually. Only later is blending done to create the elixir, following the custom of the oldest recipes of the best liquor masters.

TASTING:
Serve at room temperature, on the rocks with orange slice or in incredible cocktails.
