The various batches of wines that make up Vespa Rosso are placed separately in oak barriques (7% used and 3% new) where they begin to age for 18 months. The wines are then blended and bottled. Before being released for sale, they undergo a further 12-18 months of bottle aging.

APPEARANCE: Very bright ruby red, full and brilliant.

BOUQUET: This wine is particularly suited to grilled meat and medium-aged cheeses, but it also pairs well with fish soups and spicy, structured dishes.

TASTING NOTES: On the palate, the tannins appear sweet and balanced, in perfect harmony with the acidity and alcohol, the resulting balance mirroring the aromas. Its finish is excellent, intense, long, and persistent.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: between 18 and 20°C

FOOD PAIRINGS: A wine that pairs perfectly with shellfish and shellfish, but also pairs well with any type of white meat and richer dishes (even smoked). Unforgettable when enjoyed alone.
