ADDITIONAL NOTES:

pure Abernet Franc from a single vineyard on the Estate, owes its name to Arca Aurita, the fossil shell of marine origin present for millions of years in the Estate's soils, which gives this wine a persuasive minerality. It ages 18 months in French barrique and another 12 in bottle. It is the flagship wine of Podernovo, the Lunelli family's Estate on the Tuscan Coast that has been certified organic since 2012. Auritea 2017 was awarded Five Bunches by Bibenda.
