BOUQUET:
The fragrances of this wine are as decisive as they are characteristic; tomato leaf, kiwi and verbena followed by white grapefruit and crusty bread.

TASTE:
On the palate it is fruity and pleasantly soft, supported by a lively freshness and a strong minerality that persists in the finish.

On the palate an exuberant acidity emerges and an aftertaste of mint and lime which gives the finish a surprising freshness.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

The vineyards are located between the plains and slopes of the province of Gorizia, at an average altitude of 60 m asl. A small portion of the crushed grapes (15%) benefits from a short cold maceration, avoiding contact with oxygen. The juice obtained from the soft pressing of the grapes is left to decant for 24-48 hours. Subsequently, alcoholic fermentation begins on the clear must, carried out at 18-20°C for 15 days. The vinification is carried out in steel containers, keeping the wine at low temperatures, thus avoiding malolactic fermentation. After fermentation, the wine rests for 4 months on the noble lees which are regularly suspended.
