Sunny wine with hints of well-ripened exotic fruit, such as mango and papaya, offset by a consistent acidity that makes this wine suitable for long bottle aging.

TASTING NOTES:
In the mouth it is very broad, rich and persistent, with light floral and spicy nuances. It stands out for its pronounced sapidity and minerality. Very long and persistent aftertaste.

Perfect with vegetable risottos, stewed fish, grilled fish and seafood risotto.

Anthium is a wine produced from pure Bellone, an ancient Latium white grape variety, which is proving to be very interesting and which in the Agro Pontino area is expressing itself at levels of absolute excellence. The proximity of the sea gives the wine a sunny and Mediterranean profile, with a ripe and rich fruit that makes it pleasantly harmonious and intense. A label that represents a beautiful example of recovery of an ancient variety, interpreted with the utmost respect for the typical aromas and characteristics of the terroir.
