ADDITIONAL NOTES:

The grapes, harvested by hand, are delicately destemmed, taking care
not to break the skin of the berries. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in
steel for about 20-25 days at a controlled temperature not exceeding
26°C. At the end of malolactic fermentation, the wine is put to
age in third and fourth passage barriques (80%) and steel (20%) for
12 months. "Camenere Più" is then blended and, after a 4-month passage in
steel, it is bottled. It remains in aging for at least 6
months before being presented to the market.
