Redìt is a Riserva, a sought-after bottle, made from carefully selected and hand-harvested cannonau riserva grapes. It is left to age for 12 months in 500-liter barrels (tonneaux) of medium-toasted French oak: thanks to this passage in wood and this slow micro-oxygenation, Redìt Cannonau di Sardegna DOC Riserva acquires gustatory and aromatic complexity, with pleasant spicy notes. It has an intense aroma and taste, with hints reminiscent of red fruit and Mediterranean scrub, full-bodied and persistent but at the same time delicate. An extraordinary expression of Sardinia's most representative grape variety.
