ADDITIONAL NOTES:
Maceration for 12 days with fermentation at a controlled temperature of 25/30°C. Aged for 15 months in 65-hectoliter Slavonian oak barrels. From the Rafaèl Vineyard of the same name, the Tommasi Family's first historic vineyard, farmed in Pergola Veronese in the Valpolicella classico. Tommasi has adopted an integrated production system that ensures environmentally sustainable management of agricultural activities. Many Veronese will tell you that Valpolicella classico is the wine that tells the story of the REGION, and we can only agree. The wines of Valpolicella require all the skills of the winemaker in finding the perfect blend of the native grapes of the Veronese hills. The "fathers" established from the beginning that the Rafaèl vineyard on Mount Masuà was dedicated to Valpolicella Superiore, having all the perfect characteristics to produce the best blend of Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara, in percentages that vary each VINTAGE. Fifteen months of aging round out a wine that is savory and intense, without losing freshness and elegance. We will not add other descriptors that might distract you from the discovery.
