This is a versatile wine that changes face with temperature: when served chilled, with its floral hints it is a delicious aperitif, to accompany a pinzimonio or vegetable quiches. With a few degrees more Fira Bianco lets all its savory complexity emerge and can elegantly accompany a fish risotto or grilled scampi.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
The grapes, left to ripen slightly longer on the vine, are carefully selected in the vineyard and placed to rest in large fruit lofts for about 10 days. This passage gives greater incisiveness to aromas and TASTING NOTES. Fermentation of the must takes place at a controlled temperature so as to ensure the characteristics of the grapes of origin. Then the wine matures in large barrels for two months; this passage mitigates the great freshness and gives the sip creaminess. Finally, after bottling, the wine ages in bottles for two months.
