Manifesting great character, personality and elegance, this Müller Thurgau from elena walch is a typical example of how the uniqueness of a terroir, combined with the climate and the work, at a very high level of professionalism, in the vigna and cellar can give life to fine wines; this in essence is its philosophy, that the wine should be the unique expressive capacity of its soil and that, the latter, should be worked according to the dictates of sustainability so that it can be passed on, intact, to generations to come.
Delicate straw yellow, it exudes distinct mineral notes, ripe white fruit, citrus and herbs. Decidedly fresh and savory on the palate, with good alcohol content and discreet persistence.
On an octopus salad or with a plate of linguine with scampi, with veal scaloppine or, why not, with Sauris ham.
