the wine rests for three days in concrete containers before being transferred to pièces (228 L oak barrels). Malolactic fermentation takes place in barriques. After an 11-month aging period in the pièces, the wine is blended in wooden vats; subsequently, the aging process continues first in vats and then in the bottle.

APPEARANCE: Marjun presents a ruby red hue with garnet reflections.

BOUQUET: on the nose, notes of wild berries, plum, and cherry are embellished with hints of spice.

TASTE: on the palate, a pleasant backbone of freshness immediately recalls the altitude of the vineyards that give rise to this elegant Pinot Noir, whose tannins, supported by a lively acidity, prove soft and seductive. Fruity and juicy finish with evident notes of spice.
