ADDITIONAL NOTES:
It is produced on the steep slopes made up of gravelly fluvio-glacial deposits of the Cembra Valley and alluvial conoids of the Trento hills.

The grapes are harvested by hand in crates and vinified in white wine at a controlled temperature in steel; in the spring following the harvest, bottle fermentation is carried out with a 36-month stay on the yeasts. At disgorgement only a minimum dosage of "liqueur d'expedition" is made.
