Al palato presenta un’ottima struttura dai tannini importanti e perfettamente integrati; beva fresca dalla lunghissima persistenza retro-olfattiva.

ABBINAMENTI GASTRONOMICI:
Con bistecca, burger d’autore e cacciagione, ottimo anche sul filetto Stroganoff con i funghi.
