ADDITIONAL NOTES:
Foscarino is our interpretation of Soave classico looking back to history, recalling ancestestrale traditions to reintroduce forgotten aromas. Selection from old vineyards. The vigna are located in Monte Foscarino: basaltic-lavic soil and southeastern vineyard exposure.
The label bears two heads inspired by those originally created by the English architect Inigo Jones (1573-1652), the first representative in England of an architecture in the classico style, inspired by Italian models, particularly Palladio and Scamozzi. It is a "concept," so important that it also became the company's logo: the expressions of the two faces, which originally referred to love, represent here the two faces of wine, the sacred, meditative one, on the right, and the profane, inebriated one, on the left. Wine, the perfect representative of the essence of the human being, depending on the conditions, is sacred, religious, or bacchanalian.
