RAW MATERIAL:
Poli's Grappa di Sassicaia is made from the pomace of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc grapes previously selected for Sassicaia wine, distilled according to artisanal processes in small batches, using the copper still with discontinuous-cycle steam boilers.

PRODUCTION METHOD:

Artisanal distillation, using copper still with steam boilers; patiently guarded underground cellars of Poli Distillerie.

Grappa ages in 225-liter oak barrels used to age Sassicaia, from which it inherits that aristocratic aroma that makes it unique.

SERVING:
In a tulip-shaped glass, at 18/20 °C.
