A wine made from grillo, catarratto and inzolia grapes from the Agro area of Marsala and Mazara del Vallo, vinified at a controlled temperature and whose fermentation was interrupted by the addition of neutral alcohol. Afterwards, cooked must is added and the wine is aged for at least two years in oak barrels. A sweet and delicate wine, strong and very elegant.
