100% ARTISANAL DISTILLATION:
Discontinuous by steam, according to ancient family tradition, in special exclusive copper stills renovated by Benito Nonino. The distillation takes place very slowly to allow the volatile components, responsible for the aromas, a proper evaporation and subsequent condensation while keeping intact the precious organoleptic characteristics of the chosen grape varieties.

NATURAL AGING:
8 years of aging in Limousin oak barrels, Nevers and small ex-Sherry barrels in the Nonino Distillery's manor cellars. Bottled without the addition of colorants.

RAW MATERIAL:
Fine selected pomace, harvested fresh and soft.
