Because of the richness of the grapes, fermentation took place at a temperature of 18-20 °C and was prolonged for 12-14 days; aging for 9 months in tank and over 4 years in bottle.

BOUQUET:
Has a very particular and surprising organoleptic profile. The nose presents an extraordinarily broad bouquet that tastes of ripe yellow-fleshed fruit, candied citrus,
saffron, ginger, chestnut honey and beeswax.

TASTING NOTES:
On the palate, Opera Unica surprises and conquers as a secco wine with marked acidity and
a savory finish. A wine rich in extracts, with great depth, depth and persistence, with lots of pieces that eventually make up a mosaic of harmony and elegance.

SERVING TEMPERATURE:
Between 12° and 14 °C

FOOD PAIRINGS:

Wine that is exalted when paired with food. Ideal with sushi, Asian cuisine dishes with a predominantly umami taste, mushroom dishes, white meats. Also try with roe and semi-seasoned cheeses. To best appreciate its organoleptic richness, it should not be served too cold, but at 12-14 °C.

A new label by artist Stefano Vitale tells of the surprising and elegant personality of Opera Unica: a small collectors' production of 6,574 bottles. The protagonist is a woman mysteriously wrapped in a cloak-mosaic rich in colors, shapes and decorations that symbolize the many organoleptic nuances of this wine. Opera Unica is in the goblet that she guards like a precious possession.
The name recalls a small family reserve marketed 30 years ago. Now this name returns to celebrate another wine that is truly unique and unrepeatable, because of the climatic conditions from which it was born and the characteristics that distinguish it.

LONGEVITY:
Given its long aging, Opera Unica is a wine that is already ready to give great emotions. Moreover, because of its important structure, it has considerable aging potential that can make collectors happy.
