The union of a historic French wine family and an exceptional territory such as La Rioja has given birth to Marqués de Cáceres, one of Spain's most significant and highly regarded wineries.
Founded in 1970 by Enrique Forner, already the owner of two châteaus in Bordeaux, the winery distinguished itself from the outset by its maniacal attention to quality, mixing technological innovation and rejection of fashions to remain anchored in the tradition of its land. In an area where reds are often the stars, Marqués de Cáceres has always believed in whites as well, becoming one of the pioneers of this type in Rioja.
Today at the helm of the winery is Cristina Forner, who carries on with passion and competence a reality that is already established worldwide, maintaining a very high standard and projecting Marqués de Cáceres into the future.
