VINIFICATION AND AGING:
Fermentation takes place partly in 50 hl oak barrels, partly in 300-liter tonneaux and partly in steel, for about 15 days. This is followed by aging for 8 months and an additional 16 months in bottle before release.

APPEARANCE:
Straw yellow with bright, luminous highlights.

BOUQUET:
Elegant and fine, with floral and citrus notes and hints of exotic fruit, supported by a delicate minerality.

TASTING NOTES:
Well-structured and pleasantly balanced. The sip is broad, mineral and savory, with a long and persistent finish that reveals the complexity typical of the best Lugana reserves.

SERVING TEMPERATURE:
Between 9°C and 10°C.

FOOD PAIRINGS:
Perfect with lake fish dishes or tagliatella with white herb rabbit sauce. It also pairs well with shellfish, delicate white meats and fresh cheeses.
