BOUQUET:
The nose shows hints of hawthorn blossom, green apple, white almond and wild cherry. In the mouth it is tasty,fresh, savory and able to stimulate the palate thanks to its vivid acidity and hints of small red fruits.

TASTING NOTES:
In the mouth it proves capable of surprising for its authority: it remains fresh and delicate thanks to the pleasant acidity that designates its carefree ease of drinking, but at the same time incisive and capable of being elected, in its own right, versatile protagonist of the table.

FOOD PAIRINGS:
The ease of drinking invites the next glass with a carefree attitude. Suitable with not excessively fatty cold cuts, fried mushroom vegetables, tomato and mozzarella salad, delicate pastas and spring risottos, light white meats and fish with stronger processing.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
The southern shores of the Benaco have always preserved the tradition of a graceful, fresh and gentile wine such as Rosa dei Frati. A Rosato of high level capable of sor-prendere for its simple authority. Fresh and delicate but incisive, it is able to be the protagonist of the table.
The typicality founds its motivation in the production and stylistic technique, elaborated over time on the Riviera gardesana and the Valtènesi hills, which requires that the skins of Groppello, Marzemino, Sangiovese and Barbera remain in contact with the must only for a specific period of time: also known as "the wine of a night," owes its unmistakable delicate pink color and floral bouquet, made unique by the intriguing fragrances of small fruits and wild strawberry, to the skillful human ability to capture the fleeting moment.
