HISTORY:
"In the sestiere of Castello, not far from St. Mark's Square, it is possible to reach the SALIZA' or SALIZADA DEL PIGNATTER, under whose arch is set a red stone in the shape of a heart: legend has it that la coppia who go there together will love each other forever." This is the Venetian story that recalls the name of Salizà macaroon, a real almond distillate created from the recipe of bepi tosolini, with no artificial colors or flavors.

TASTING:

AROMAS:
Very harmonious, natural and balanced distillate. Warm and enveloping with notes of honey and candied apricot. Delicate hints of ground almonds, toffee and orange peel on the nose. Velvety and pleasantly sweet on the palate. Long, almondy finish.
