Limonio is the first limoncello produced and marketed in Sicily, made exclusively from the infusion of the skins of Femminello di Zagara Bianca lemons, a native variety grown in the fertile lands of the island. This liqueur comes from an ancient and secret family recipe, passed down with passion from generation to generation, which holds the authentic essence of Sicilian tradition.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:
Bright and intense yellow in color, it releases fresh and natural scents of lemon peel and citrus notes typical of Zagara on the nose. On the palate it is velvety, harmonious and persistent, with a perfect balance between sweetness and acidity, enhancing the purity of the Sicilian fruit.

PAIRINGS:
Ideal to be enjoyed cold as a digestive or as a fine accompaniment to desserts, cookies, ice cream, creams and fresh fruit. It also pairs perfectly with fish dishes or as an ingredient in summery, aromatic cocktails.
